Application – web and/or mobile application operated by the Operator, serving as a real estate aggregator enabling property searches and sending notifications about new real estate listings matching specified criteria.
Filter – search criteria set by the User, based on which email notifications about new real estate listings are sent.
Free Version – free version of the Application with a limited number of Filters and display of older market data instead of current data.
Premium Version – paid version of the Application with unlimited Filters and access to current market data.
Subscription – monthly subscription to the Premium Version of the Application with automatic renewal.
User – natural person or legal entity using the Application.
User Account – protected part of the Application accessible after registration and login, enabling Filter management and settings.
Agreement – agreement for the use of the Application concluded between the User and the Operator.
Terms of Service – this document governing the rights and obligations between the Operator and the User.
Consumer – User acting outside the scope of their business activities within the meaning of § 419 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
The Application may be used by any person over 18 years of age who agrees to these Terms of Service.
You may not use the Application if:
Internet connection is required for full functionality of the Application.
Creation of a user account is necessary to use certain Application features.
You create a user account by completing the registration form, where you provide your email address and choose a password. You confirm registration by clicking the link sent to the provided email address.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful and current information. If they change, update them without undue delay.
You are responsible for:
The user account is non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.
The Operator provides a real estate aggregator service that enables:
Free Version allows:
Premium Version allows:
The Operator reserves the right to change the scope of features in individual Application versions.
The price of the Premium Version Subscription is stated in the Application and includes VAT.
Payment is processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
Subscription is charged automatically at monthly intervals.
The Operator reserves the right to change Subscription prices. Price changes will be announced at least 14 days before their effectiveness. New prices apply to the following billing period.
After the billing period expires, the Subscription is automatically renewed and charged at the current price.
If payment is unsuccessful, the Stripe system will attempt to charge again for 7 days.
Repeated unsuccessful payment attempts may result in suspension of access to the Premium Version.
The service Agreement is concluded at the moment of Subscription order confirmation and successful payment processing.
Technical steps for concluding the Agreement are clear during the order process in the Application.
Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review and correct the entered information.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your user account or by contacting our customer support.
Upon Subscription cancellation:
Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable. Proportional part of the Subscription price is not refunded.
Subscription cancellation does not affect your user account – it remains active with Free Version limitations.
You agree not to:
Disrupt security – insert malicious code, viruses, malware, or otherwise damage or overload the Application.
Automate data processing – perform screen scraping, downloading, or automated data processing from the Application using robots, scripts, or other automated tools without prior written consent from the Operator.
Bypass limitations – attempt to circumvent technical limitations of the Application, especially limitations on the number of Filters in the Free Version.
Misuse the service – use the Application in a manner contrary to law, damaging the Operator's reputation, or harassing other users.
Share access credentials – make your user account available to third parties or create multiple accounts to bypass Free Version limitations.
Gain unauthorized access – attempt to access other persons' user accounts or protected parts of the system.
The Operator provides the Application "as is" and "as available".
The Operator does not guarantee:
The Operator is not liable for:
The maximum amount of damage compensation from the Operator is limited to the amount of the last Subscription payment.
The Operator will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues after they are reported to the contact email specified in Article 1 of these Terms of Service.
The User is responsible for:
The User agrees to indemnify the Operator for:
The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
The User may terminate the Agreement by:
The Operator may terminate the Agreement or suspend access to the Application:
Upon termination of Agreement:
The Application and all its components (source code, graphics, texts, databases) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to the Operator or third parties.
The User obtains only a non-exclusive, non-transferable authorization to use the Application in accordance with these Terms of Service.
The User is not authorized to:
The following provisions apply to Users who are Consumers within the meaning of § 419 of the Civil Code.
As a Consumer, you expressly agree that the service will be made available to you immediately after conclusion of the Agreement, i.e., before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
You do not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement pursuant to § 1829 of the Civil Code, because the service is provided in full before the expiry of the withdrawal period and performance began with your express consent (§ 1837(a) of the Civil Code).
The Operator is responsible for the service being without defects, in particular that:
You exercise rights from defective performance by sending a written complaint to the email address specified in Article 1 of these Terms of Service.
You may file a complaint no later than 48 hours after discovering the defect.

We will resolve the complaint no later than 30 days from its delivery.
We will inform you about complaint resolution to the email address from which you sent the complaint.
If we do not receive the complaint within the period specified in point 3 of this article, the right to assert the defect expires.

The Operator is authorized to unilaterally change these Terms of Service, in particular due to:
You will be informed about changes to Terms of Service:
Changes become effective no earlier than 15 calendar days from notification, unless it is a change mandated by legislation (in which case 5 calendar days).
If you do not agree with the proposed change, you have the right to terminate the Agreement with a 15-day notice period.
If you do not reject the change within the above period, it is considered acceptance of the change.
Communication between the Operator and User takes place:

The User is required to regularly check the email address specified in their user account.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service and Agreement are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
Dispute Resolution: All disputes arising from the Agreement will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
Severability Clause: If any provision of these Terms of Service is invalid or ineffective, it does not affect the validity and effectiveness of other provisions. The invalid or ineffective provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the content and purpose of the original provision.
Assignment of Rights: The User is not authorized to assign their rights and obligations from the Agreement to a third party without prior written consent from the Operator.
Force Majeure: The Operator is not liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, epidemics, third party infrastructure outages, cyber attacks, etc.).
Archiving: The Operator archives concluded Agreements in electronic form. These Terms of Service are permanently available on the Application website.
Effectiveness: These Terms of Service become effective on 1.5.2026.
