Step 1: Creating a Filter

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the Property Filter section
3. Fill in the required parameters:
   • Property type (apartment, house, land)
   • Transaction type (sale, rent)
   • Price range
   • Location

Step 2: Setting Up Location

For accurate results, we recommend:

• Selecting a specific city or district
• Considering surrounding areas as well

Step 3: Saving the Filter

After filling in all parameters:

1. Click Save Filter
2. Name your filter (e.g., "Apartment Prague 3")
3. Confirm saving

Set a Realistic Range

Example price range:

• Minimum: €100,000
• Maximum: €150,000

Check Your Email Client

Make sure that:

• Our emails (addresses ending with @domego.cz) don't go to spam
• You have immediate delivery set up
• Push notifications are enabled
